Describe the changes

The Autonity Contract Interface documentation will need to be updated for changes to the aut namespace as described in issue https://github.com/autonity/autonity/issues/1034

Documentation edits and checks should be made on pages:

[ ] https://docs.autonity.org/reference/api/aut/. Review aut namespace method entries and remove entries for methods removed by issue https://github.com/autonity/autonity/issues/1034
[ ] https://docs.autonity.org/reference/api/aut/#config. Review and revise result table per changes made by issue https://github.com/autonity/autonity/issues/1034
[ ] https://docs.autonity.org/reference/api/web3/. Review Web3 namespaces page and add entry for aut namespace.
