Create new Comment #19

[ ] When clicking on the waveform opens up a text field to 'Write a comment'
[x] Pressing 'enter' submits the comment
[x] An authenticated user is required for a successful response
[x] New comment exists in the database after the request
[x] Comment data returned includes the id, userId, songId, comment, createdAt
[x] Error response returns status code 400 when validation errors for comment
