This PR does the following:

Fixes method to reference existing users/groups (closes #36)
Adds ability for Google Workspace users to reference existing users (synced via SCIM) and assign them to new groups that they create in AWS IAM Identity Center (relates to #32)
Updates documentation to ref new module updates
Adds additional pipeline test for existing users and groups
