[BUG] When deconfiguring submitter, fstab entry isn't removed #172

Describe the bug The deconfigure script should unmount /opt/slurm/{{ClusterName}} and remove it from /etc/fstab but it doesn't. This leaves the cluster's nfs export mounted after the cluster is deleted and hangs the submitters file system.
