Add ImageMagick support to AZQS upstream

Motivation

The ImageMagick library is available on Pantheon. We should make it easier to use it (and possibly even make it the default image toolkit).

Add ImageMagick module to upstream
Consider making changes to az_quickstart.install (in main Quickstart repo) to:
- Add steps to install module by default on new Pantheon sites
- Add steps to configure imagemagick as default image toolkit by default on new sites
- Add a DB update to install module on existing sites
- Add a DB update to configure imagemagick as default image toolkit on existing sites
