The custom knife model is shown when in Ghost with the FPVMI and the Store Custom Model plugin for Zephyrus store (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showpost.php?p=2377630&postcount=80)

Fixed in my dev version. This will be fixed in the next beta version that'll come out soon.
