bootstrap before aggregation in time series #16

Bootstrapping now happens after aggregation creating two problems:

  1. A species is completely left out, not only the observation of a species in a grid
  2. Bootstrapping happens on wide format, which results in identical boostrapping for each year, while we want this independent for each year.

We need to bootstrap before agregation per year.

possible group by bootrapping?
