Inspiron 13 5368 2-in-1 BIOS Version 1.21.0 (99.9% sure, I can't even check it cuz BIOS is pw protected and nothing shows up at the boot.. But it is the BIOS file I have saved on my PC folder with drivers for the notebook and it checks with the time I stopped using it, adding to that the fact I always update it when available).

I tried with an external kb and I got the same results :'( What would be the other password for other bios versions? Can you send me the possible pw for other bios versions so I can try them, please? About a year ago when I forgot the pw I did tried to remove the battery, reset bios, maybe something triggered a regression on BIOS version? Idk... it doesn't lemme check.

If it helps any one here... to reinstall windows , you have take out the hdd and it will boot from usb automatically then put back the hdd and do a fresh install. the only problem u get is some of the drivers don't get installed (like wireless driver) so u need to use a usb wireless adapter.
