The issue you run into here, not many people trust the service you'll provide is trustworthy. I believe many of us are waiting for the website to work with 8FC8 codes. Here's hoping!

Well I can say I trusted and was rewarded. The BIOS chip used in my Optiplex 5090 is not supported by any of the programmers(that I could find), so I cant even do a BIOS dump. The exact chip is a ghost on the internet. Sooooooo I needed to take a risk and went with Bios-fix.com. 1/2 hour after paying the admin password was GONE. yeah its $60 but I had already bought $30 worth of programming kit that is going back to Amazon. Very happy

I was wondering that as I read somewhere that it would come back on reboot if you didnt change the pwd to "blank". But didnt have to do that, the admin password was cleared. reboot - still gone. BIOS update - still gone. Disabled Absolute Computrace - still gone. I dont see why it would come back at this point, but I am not an expert.
Maybe I will try booting off a HDD (current is M2) I did confirm I could boot off a USB install key, which required the admin password before.

Well, E7A8 sufix is not on beta site anymore, and also not on main bios-pw.org, so I imagine my problem with the pw wasn't on my side, the pw wasn't really working? I would appreciate knowing that I can still have hope a pw could work.

If you don't change the whole board out you should be fine.

I don't recommend to buy any code here, look for a technician with a BIOS/EEPROM programmer that know how to un-weld and re-weld your bios. You know, the open source part of this project seems like just bait to sell codes anyway. Also, after waiting 1 year for public release of the generator for Dell E7A8, the codes didn't worked on my notebook, FYI.

I got tired of waiting and found a highly rated vendor of the "unlock service" on eBay. I communicated with the person a few times to get an explanation of the process. I got the unlock code within minutes of purchasing the service on eBay.

Good luck to all who continue to wait, my PC is finally unlocked.
