Issues with Mendeley #8

I'm using mendeley (http://mendeley.com) to manage my bib and came across in the most recent version of bibtex2html and mendeley desktop client with 2 issues:

Months in the .bib files are abbreviated
Missing macros ?!

I've created 2 commits (one for each issue)

+1 on this (particularly the abbreviated months, I have the same issue)
