Client libraries need to add support for forex.

This is really only significantly useful from JavaScript, so 'clients' really means 'balanced.js' or another, simpler library.

The JavaScript client is being de-milestoned.

Basically, we can't guarantee that the rate will be exactly the same, and so it's only for rough informational purposes, so it's an extra value add we don't need for the MVP.

The JavaScript client is re-milestoned, because it's a really big part of making this excellent. Even though it's just an approximation, that's still useful.
