Boosted pool source protocol #1127

We need a way to display where the source of the boosted pool is, e.g. aave

Idea is that this lives in the metadata repo and is mapped via {chain,erc4626tokenAddress)->protocolName

Question is whether it should be synced to the API or loaded into the UI directly
