Update to GHC 7.10 #7

Still needs:

[x] aschem to be updated
[x] Convert tabs to spaces since 7.10 has -fwarn-tabs by default (https://ghc.haskell.org/trac/ghc/ticket/9230)

This is ready for review.

I can successfully compile and run the eTeak GUI with these changes. In order to compile, though, I had to remove the hooks in Setup.hs to make the manual, since I get inconsistent errors during that process.
