Raise privacy and get GDPR safe

Hi,

is it possible to place the HTTP headers to the config.toml? To raise the privacy. Take a look to https://securityheaders.com/

If i "disable" DisqusShortname = "" is it possible to remove the Disqus link in the published code?

Please make mathjax.org enable/disable. What are using cloudflare.com, if this is not needed please make it enable/disable.

And please make it possible to use local google fonts, that the site is not talking home to google.

Thanks Oliver for bringing this up. I think it is necessary to make these changes.

• [X] option to disable disqus link completely
• [X] mathjax can be enabled and disabled (It was already the case)
• [X] I have localized the script from cloudflare.com
• [X] I couldn't get all the fonts from Google to work, but for now, they are all local
• [X] all headers from the header have been moved or can be disabled, except for the emojis one, I do not know how to localize that one. Any help will be appreciated.
• [ ] I do not understand what should be done with the code to attain such security and privacy standards. I am quite clueless. It will be great if you can point out a few (hopefully hugo based) themes or websites which have implemented this. And as always, if you can raise a separate issue for that, it is easy for me to track it.
