Add One Click Button for Overdrive #499

For Overdrive books an option to one click get should be available.

This was removed as part of the copy, it conflicts with some of the changes we have made, so it will have to be updated manually.

Documenting earlier conversation: One-click actually applies to all materials, not just e-content like Overdrive.

my guess is this has been overwritten.

Nope, I was looking in prod like a moron. Test looks good.
