Blog skeleton design adustments #587

Is it possible to adjust the skeleton elements to look something like this? These changes make the heading space look more heading-like and the paragraph copy look a little more natural by varying the line lengths. Similar to FB's design.

Not urgent at all.

I'll also add, it would be nice to implement the loading shimmer effect along with this. Will need a bit more testing but it's looking like the shimmer only crashes Edge 14 which is not a standard browser we support.
