Pressing keyboard down arrow key in "Events" and "Website" search tabs will render a bugged version of the Polaris autocomplete.

This issue appears in dev and prod.

To replicate:

Open search.
Select Events or Website tab.
Enter the first few letters of a search term and press the down key.
The Polaris autocomplete box will appear, though continuing to type does not change the display.

Expected behavior:

Autocomplete should only appear in the "Catalog" tab. Pressing down when other tabs are active should not do anything.
