Update jobs content viewlet #607

We went live with Cyber Recruiter last week which requires a process and change for posting jobs to the site. Previously, we posted full descriptions in SE structured content, but those will now live in CR.

We need to update the content viewlet so that instead of automatically linking users to the structured content post, BCPL will instead add the URL for the Cyber Recruiter post. The other fields should stay the same.
