Updated json file from SE and added LibAnswersID to Constants file #619

Updated json file from SE and added LibAnswersID to Constants file. I also opened the constants file in Visual studio and it appears to have formatted the file with one extra space per line which is odd. Anyway if you'd like for me to revert it back to the old file and add those ID's in notepad to avoid the extra spacing let me know.

can you please add links to the actual files that need updated. Also please be sure to specify a recompile for the constants (keeping in mind this will change)
