so this isn't as much as a priority right now because we need to develop a strategy on how to handle this. It was apparent in our latest change that the files can be environment specific and we wan't to make sure we don't clobber anything.

@tmccoy529 this is outlined in the transition plan, but basically the code is maintained on server right now (css i think) and it probably should move into source control somewhere.
