Hotfix - Ignore dist folder #648

No website specific was changed.

The purpose of this pr is to eliminate the dist folder from source control. It causes issues when merging between integration and master (either direction). Create-react-app uses a similar pattern with it's build folder which helped in making this decision.

Readme has been updated to reflect the changes.
