Some users have added their own device definitions to Echonetlite2mqtt. https://blog.hiroaki.jp/blog/2023/09/24/configure-status-of-each-zone-of-kaiteki-airy-via-echonet-lite/

Define and document the correct way to add device definitions in the README. As a result, the specifications are fixed as unchanged by version upgrades.
