As the complete outline of the book is decided in another issue (#2), this is a place for the outline for the actual content of the book.

This content should have a value, tell a story, be organized in a chronological fashion, and generally be a compelling book to read. This issue doesn't concern itself with marketing or promotion, it's basically what people will get once they actually start reading into the book.
