Currently, npm install in the master branch fails due to vulnerable version of event-stream (dependency of nodemon) was no longer avaliable from the npm registry.
This PR updates vulnerable dependencies , to make npm audit pass.
mocha updated due to it's dependency to vulnerable version of debug.
nodemon updated due to it's dependency to old version of event-stream, which is no longer avaliable
pug-runtime removed from devDependencies, as it's already in dependencies
