[UI] Add icons on the actionbar/toolbar #43

As a [USER] I want to have a network connectivity status, search and menu icons on the action bar, so that I am able to get the status of the network status, faster reach of the menu.

Acceptance criteria: 1) the icons are present on the action bars of all the app's actions

For the time being the Network item is enough through which the network connection pop-up appears
