HR Pacing Fitbit app issue #1

Hi, I have the HR Pacing Fitbit app downloaded to my versa 3 and set up to alert me at a custom heart rate of 104bpm. Yesterday according to my heart rate graph I exceeded 104bpm twice but I was never alerted. Today I did some activity and watched my heart rate go over 104 on my main Fitbit face, but I was not alerted. In permissions I have selected the option to allow the app to run in the background. It doesn’t seem to be working. Could you please have a look at this? Thanks

Hi Jgithub5,

The alert will only happen when the app is open on the watch. There is no mechanism in the Fitbit software to allow it to work when the app is not open.
