chore(deps): updating dependencies

Resolves #325

Description:

Updated dependencies across the board where possible, outside of AWS SDK V3.

Type of change:

• [ ] Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• [x] New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• [ ] Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)

Why is this change required?:

The dependencies are outdated and in some cases deprecated

Code changes:

• Added Prettier to ensure formatting of the code
• Removed deprecated deps codeclimate-test-reporter, 'tslint-config-airbnb', 'tslint-microsoft-contrib', @types/typescript
• Updated all other deps
• Formatted the code
