Arrow is now appearing as ? in the Employee Timeline #228

Looks like there's some formatting issue with the arrow that was formerly displayed on an individual employee's timeline. Formerly: "Status updated by script: Exiting → Expired." Now: "Status updated by script: Exiting ? Expired." If easier, could replace with "to".

@aclowery is this still an issue on dev / test for ESA? It appears as an arrow to me, at least. It might be a cross-platform thing, too...

All are arrows on dev. Test is the only one with ?, but you know what it must have been from the load of the existing prod data into the test tool. It removed the arrows/any weird symbols and replaced them with ?. Any more recent timeline labels in test do have arrows. So, consider this fixed!

Ah yes, that's quite likely, especially when we start involving e.g. Windows systems. Great!
