Overview

Refines the scheduled process, including:

Retrieve and store employee information from LDAP
Adding an Ignored field to the TaskResult to accommodate employees who were "looked at," but for whom no action was taken
Genericize EmployeeTaskResult into GenericTaskResult
Finally start to add testing to the project by adding some unit tests for the GenericTaskResult

More commits will be added after meeting with @aclowery to go over the process tomorrow.
