This repository organizes data for the Wetzink’wa area.

Usage

There are a series core scripts that are required for the analysis, they can be sourced from the run__all.R script, the scripts run include:

• 01_load.R
• 02_clean.R, calls:
  • 02_Shiny_app.R
  • 02_Shiny_ui.R
  • 02_Shiny_Server.R
• 03_analysis
• 04_output.R

Input data is from BC Data Warehouse
