This is first PR. More coming your way....

Update below to use Vue3/Vuetify3:

• enums: Looks okay and may not need any update
• interfaces: updated vue version to 3
• mixins: updated vue version to 3, added unit tests
• modules/corp-type-module: Looks okay and may not need any update
• services
• types: Looks okay and may not need any update
• utils (even though not exported): Looks okay and may not need any update, added unit test for common-util
