Issue #: /bcgov/entity#5104

Description of changes:

Implemented Share Structure component as SHARED component. Updated logic / validations / styling / Unit Testing. Implemented Edit Share Structure component. NOT SHARED YET

Implemented Confirm Dialog component as SHARED component.

Implemented ActionChip component as SHARED component.

Implemented required interfaces.

Fixed fee summary import.

Updated BC Benefit Company fullDesc

Also, if reviewers think it valuable to break out the EditShareStructure component as SHARED, please say so and i will do that as well 👍

I don't think so. It's never used independently, right?
