Split tool conversions into multiple files since the original file is getting very long. There are no changes to the functionality in this PR

This'll be a tiny bit of extra work for my long-read branch, but having recently worked on writing new converters, I support this move.

yes, it was getting a bit unweildy, I can help you get the long read branch up and running with this convention
