Hi, great port thanks!

I have the latest main branch loaded. When I click the GRBL tab (the one with the wrensh) I only see a "reload" icon. When I click on it. I just get the spinning icon (see attached) and no settings are loaded .

GRBL_ESP: [FW 1.3a] Web UI Version: [2.1b68, 2.1b75]

Is the problem repeatable? Yes

I am not sure what your problem is. I just did a load of the latest firmware and WebUI and it worked.

What is the date of the firmware? It should show up in the boot messages. Are you using the ESP32 access point or your own network?

Be sure to use the index.html.gz from the Grbl_Esp32 repo.

I am using the index from the Grbl_Esp32 repo but I have also tried the lates version from the ESP3D-WEBUI repo with the exact same results. BTW I tried the ESP3D-WEBUI version of the index file when I came across a bug which I thought may have been fixed in the latest version. See [https://github.com/luc-github/ESP3D-WEBUI/issues/198]

Is grbl idle and the console responsive? Does $$ return values?

I've seen the same behavior when grbl is active/(and possibly awaiting to be homed - potentiallyDEFAULT_HOMING_INIT_LOCK
