after the latest update by james PR: https://github.com/EdiGlacUQ/fenics_ice/pull/80

We need to remove eigenvalue_thresh = 1.0e-1 from the [eigendec] toml section for the code to run.

Forgot about this but now that I updated Fenics_ice I got that error.
