add a script to smith_glacier/scripts/prepro_stages/02_gridded_data/ that checks for 6 month offset between MEaSUREs and ITSLive

Does not matter if its in matlab, we just need to document how we did that I can also then add one in python

The script can be added to the prepro_stages folder or just as a comment below!
