What's this project about

How is the project structured

so basically theres a single repo, no submodules cauz ehw. then, in the root folder we should add bottom-text/ and top-text/ containing the backend and frontend respectively also for telegram we use sus-whatsapp-bot-but-hey-its-telegram-instaed-lmao/.
