Just a note with my little bit of internet I changed the setting back to at the top and I'm updating each post. Just wanted to let you know that I still haven't figured it out.
Hi,
Try it without the commas:
[wp_geo_map lat="19.3666667" long="-157.95" marker="dot"]
I'm not sure whether it supports massing the marker too - it might just use the default one in the settings.
Hi Ben,
Sorry it has taken me awhile to reply. Shortly after our last correspondence I was away from an internet connection until now. I just checked and it appears the short code [wp_geo_map lat="-16.5303167" long="-157.7083833" marker="small"] has not been working using the post by email. Do you have any other suggestions? I'll be closer to internet for the next week or so to troubleshoot. Let me know if you need to know each of my settings.
Kind regards, Sara

Just to let you know I'm adding the location manually to catch up our location :)

Hi,
I'm sorry to bother you once more, but I've tried using
[wp_geo_map lat="19.3666667" long="-157.95"]
and it is not working when I post by email. I've attached screen prints of my settings are they correct?
Kindest Regards,
Sara

Hi Ben, I'm using the shortcode you recommended [wp_geo_map lat="20.06215" long="-154.408267"] (I've tried with and without quotes). I still have yet to display a map using the shortcode. I even backed up my entire site and switched the settings to manually inside of "at the top" to no avail. Please help. I'm really trying to make this work.
Hi, I really love your plugin and I'm kind of new to wp so I think I might be a little over my head. I've looked through the documentation with my very limited internet but I'm having a hard time putting it together. I am on very limited internet in the middle of the South Pacific (comfortcruising.com) but I can get email underway.
I'm updating the blog using the post by email feature and I was hoping to use the short code in my email but I haven't figured out how to get it to work.
What I tried put in my email was [wp_geo_map lat="19.3666667", long="-157.95", marker="dot"] for my first post and nothing showed up. I then changed my settings from at the top to manual and tried updating the post with the short code but to no avail.
Thanks so much for your help.
