You tabels and graphs seem to relay the same information. I recommend you try choosing one. You could always annotate the plot with the specific numerical values that are in you tables.
The discussion portion (2.3) could be a section on its own and not just a subsection.
I would not say that you need a separate Acknowledgment section, particularly for acknowledging use of Rohan's code. If you feel you must add it, then consider placing it somewhere in an appendix.
