Should we include hgroup in the developer handbook?

Yeah, hopefully I check other sources about elements in a parallel, otherwise I would not know that hgroup is completely unsupported.

I recommend ignoring the W3C fork of the HTML spec. It is well out of date and has all kinds of problems that are already fixed in the WHATWG version.
