Several of the utilities generate logs in a logs directory within the repository's root directory. This could be updated to be a configurable location.
Several utilities, notable rename_files.py should generate logs, but currently do not. Though the utility is to be used sparingly/pragmatically to bag files before transfer, the original filenames should be logged.
Finally, several of the logs that are currently created or that should be created, including file renaming, robocopy/rsync logs, and bulk_extractor logs, could be added to a transfer and included in a metadata directory before transferring the content to Archivematica.
