Make course learning goals active learning and problem solving strategy oriented #27

Next step for LGD course (see #22 ): tweak / reword learning goals and content to be more in line with 'active learning' / 'problem solving strategies'... see low default portfolio course for example

Not ideal, but branches are now automatically created on issue assignment, for this issue see issue-27-Make_course_learning_goals_active_learning_and_problem_solving_strategy_oriented

Work in that branch (possibly in github editor) and after you are done, create pull request. In the pull request comment, you can mention this issue again to close it, e.g. closes #27
