NATS streaming (STAN) support #1

I've seen the streaming feature branch, it seems out of date, but I'm not sure. I wonder what is the status of the streaming support — what is needed to get a very basic PUB/SUB functionality.

@bersegosx Can you just mention what problems prevent that branch to be merged, I might take a look?
