Most of the testbenches for bsg_misc do not compile with the current makefiles or testbenches, this commit updates the testbenches to be syntactically correct and the makefiles to be refactored to work with Makefile.sim. As-is, this does not work because of changes required for Makefile.sim that exist in #611 but other than that it should be a clean merge.
