DHIS report scripts

Follow these steps to generate DHIS xml files to be uploaded:

  1. Clone or download the project
  2. Open git bash and change directory to report-scripts/processor-scripts
  3. Run this command: 
    ./processor-scripts/compile_template.sh ../scripts/
  4. The xml will be created in the folder report-scripts/processor-scripts/compiled-template
