CRISPUS ATTUCKS shouldn't display on CONFERENCE SCHEDULE #141

There are never any Classes or Panels in Crispus Attucks. The only thing in there are special events -- Master Classes in the morning; Drop-in Classes in the afternoon.

The column headed "Crispus Attucks" can be removed from display on http://testexpo.firstladyofburlesque.com/Schedule.php?action=24&displayType=Conference

because it's already on http://testexpo.firstladyofburlesque.com/Schedule.php?action=24&displayType=Events

Tested myself - it doesn't show on Jon's new schedule and is fixed in production in old code as well.
