The out of sequence error message "Did you use the back button?" doesn't really help the user to recover from this error, nor does it really help them avoid it in the future (do they just not use the back button at all?).
Simple fix: rewrite the text to tell the user what to do about this error. (sign out and start over? return to start page?)
Better fix: provide a "recover" button, to get them as close as possible to where we think they were trying to go. (or just take them to the start screen without the error and let them start over).
