After renaming doxyfile the doxy generation fails

Seems like it cashes the path to the old doxyfile. Therefore, it tries to compile the old doxyfile which has been moved/deleted and fails.

Hey @nischnei, thanks for reporting this. The bug is fixed in version 1.5.1.
