Randomize reconnect delay on connection loss to lobby server. #591

Depending on whether the user is :

  1. Ingame, then reconnect randomly between 60-240 seconds
  2. Away, reconnect randomly between 60-240 seconds
  3. Otherwise, randomly between 15-90 seconds
