Move mex to fit buildgrid #601

Metal extractors moved to buildable coordinates so they can now be upgraded to t2.

Apologies for the disarray.

The changes are correct now, tested locally. There are 2 problems remaining unadressed:

1) Scenarios that have Ruins enabled may still spawn neutral mexes off-grid. Since these are not part of the scenario loadout, they aren't part of the fix. 2) BARb AI does not seem to upgrade mexes that are part of the scenario loadout (including mexes that are spawned as wrecks and resurrected by the AI). Moving mexes to the grid does not fix this, and by looking at Requiem's playthrough on youtube, this is an old problem.
